Cake always tastes sweeter when you know its been made just for you I’ve been working with Jakes Cakes for almost a year now (you’ve all had the privilege of seeing a few of their gorgeous creations featured here!). Yesterday the owner showed up at my house with this gorgeous cake just for me (!) to celebrate my successful dream of doing what I love most–recording your stories through photography.

So come on over and eat some cake with me, and to the next five three new inquiries who mention “dream” in your email to me, your session fee will be credited towards your final order

I had such a fun time capturing the bright colors and happy sounds of a cupcake party this weekend with Jakes Cakes! Six little kids celebrated the birthday party with adorable little chefs hats, aprons they decorated, cupcakes they decorated, and a giant cupcake cake. What a fun photo shoot to capture!

As mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been working with Jake’s Cakes as they set up their new website. I’ve really enjoyed meeting the owner, Megan, and sampling her amazing work! This past week, Jake’s Cakes had a tasting party to unveil some new flavors….I had the privilege of both photographing and tasting the mouth-watering cupcakes! Please tell me that I’m not the only one that is getting hungry looking at these pictures
