I love watching my two boys together :)  and no worries, anyone, my husband was standing directly underneath both of them for this picture!

This was my absolute favorite sweater on Andrew when he was two, so now that Logan is two I’m loving seeing him in it too.  I have a giant canvas of Andrew in this sweater so I was hoping to do the same with Logan…I’m thinking one of these two is a good candidate because they are so totally “him”!

We had so much fun, though, and I’m so thankful and excited to have pictures of my very own family.  I will cherish them forever.  And it just brought home for me all over again how much I love my job and how much I love bringing the same joy and excitement to so many other families.  Capturing memories and moments in time is truly worth it.  If you’d like to see the link to our photos, click here!  http://maegandougherty.com/blog/

Cake always tastes sweeter when you know its been made just for you :)  I’ve been working with Jakes Cakes for almost a year now (you’ve all had the privilege of seeing a few of their gorgeous creations featured here!).  Yesterday the owner showed up at my house with this gorgeous cake just for me (!) to celebrate my successful dream of doing what I love  most–recording your stories through photography.
